Enjoyed a pint with lunch today 1-15-25 at the Sweeten Creek location for $7.00.
Beer poured a chilled golden orange with a very nice white head.
Nose was tropical and citrus fruits dominant.
Taste was a light malt base that presented the orange, strawberry, and mango-tinged hops. Finished with a touch of pith and rind but mostly balanced; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel was a light bodied, on the edge of watery.
Overall, a pretty good representation of the style.

Strong floral bouquet makes it a wonderful beverage.

16oz canned 5-7-22, opened 7-2-22.
2 finger white head with great retention and sticky, sudsy lacing. Pale golden and opaque body. Peach, melon, and oranges in the aroma. Peach gummi-ring flavor, lime, and orange. Medium body with a leaner and cleaner finish than most hazy IPA's - I like the feel on this one. Very nice all around especially at 5.9%.
Very Good to Outstanding.

Lush bright color, dense juicy awesome aromas . Flavor is great and balanced, for its type. Very impressed by all Hillman I tried. Feel is light, fulfilling and on the mark. Overall, it is above and beyond average. I want more Hillman!
Something about that low volume and local freshness that cannot be shipped.

Deep, hazy yellow poor with minimal head. Drinks very smooth without much hop kick, but lacks strong juicy flavor compared to other heavy NEIPAs. Only 5.9%, but a smooth, enjoyable beer.
