Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a waisted nonic glass.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Creamy white head. Leaves behind interrupted foam lacing.
Aroma of wheat malt, cloves, and slight banana.
Taste is tangy wheat malt, along with citrus bits, cloves, coriander, and slight banana.
More than medium mouthfeel. Has a balance of tangy tightness and foamy mouth coating. Very good carbonation.
Fruity, spicy, and fully expressive wheat malt. Tends toward bubblegum in the burps.

Forgot to review this one! Reviewed on-tap this past week for $5. Poured into a hefe glass.
L - Bright and very hazy yellow with a three-finger cloud white & frothy head.
S - Strong banana, clove. Very heavy on the fresh biscuit note.
T - Hard on the banana and bubblegum. Classic wheat and freshly-baked bread. Finishes with a slight bitterness.
F - Didn't expect it to be as frothy and silky as it was. The feel sort of dominated over the flavor and smell here, but that's fine by me. Almost nitro-like carbonation. Medium-bodied and easy to drink.
O - Not your average hefeweizen! Again, the feel controlled the entire drinking experience, and the flavor was too heavy on the banana and bubblegum. This being said, the beer was quite enjoyable and I'd order it again.
