A: Pours a hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + brassy + apricot + peach colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + citrus/grapefruit zest hops over the top of light aromas of biscuit + toasted + wheat malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of biscuit + toasted + wheat malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + citrus/grapefruit zest hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which lingers.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp mouthfeel. Enjoyable with tons of citrus/grapefruit hop presence but kind of a hybrid West Coast/NE IPA.
