Is described as a hefe based radler and it is. I'm surpised how present the hefe qualities are in both the aroma (which is the primary aroma) and the taste, where is blends with the lemon and ginger flavors. Very pale, almost grey in the pale straw. Poured with no head, which they seem to do at this place. The lemon and ginger were very blended with neither being distinct. Also not that sweet, which was nice. Thinner feel and quite thirst quenching. Nice for a Sat. afternoon break.
