On-draught @ the brewery.

Light floral hop character. A kiss of pine. Pale malt.

Soulless with a throwaway hop profile. Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale has more hop pungency and depth of flavour.

Pours a near crystal clear light gold color with a decent slightly off white head that slips away to some heavy side glass lace.

AROMA: Has a strong medium hop resign presence bread dough malts that have a tinge of sweetness.

TASTE: Tangy pine hops and a balance of the aforementioned malts.
A tamer IPA than the resently reviewed County Line out of Pa. or the Otter Creek, Free Flow from Vermont, which makes this one more in my wheelhouse.

Attractive copper gold color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of sharp, citrusy hops with a slight malt influence.

Taste is hop forward in a piney, citursy way that is also somewhat lemon like and the malt influence is more prominent than the scent indicates. It's a basic malt, light and slightly sweet, but it's in there. Hops are the main attraction though with a simple but flavorful hop presence.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

It is what the brewer claims, "Storyville blends a slight malt character with a dry and bright finish of hops that pleasantly lingers".

Storyville has a thin, white head, a mostly clear, orange-gold appearance, bubbles, decent glass lacing, and lots of suspended tan chunks, throughout. Aroma is of rather pungent hop resin and white bread, and the flavor is similar. Bitterness is robust. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Storyville finishes medium dry.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of pine and bitter citrus. The taste was very dry and bitter citrus leaning...not overly easy to drink. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's ok.
