From Port Orleans, "fresh local peaches and cayenne peppers blend perfectly with citrus hop flavors of this west coast style IPA. Aroma is peachy and fruity, and heart builds with each sip."
Hazy, dirty gold color. Small head but it leaves ample spots.
I smell more of an apricot flavor. Sweet and very fruity.
The taste isn't as sweet as the smell let's on. I definitely get some heat from the pepper but it doesn't make this a hot beer. The finish is relatively dry. Moderate body and carbonation. Short aftertaste. Overall, this is unusual enough to make me seek it out but not delicious enough to make it a regular choice.
