Gold flowed into the Spanish Treasury from "The New World" and territory of Mexico and with it inspired the Mexican golden lager. Dorada, Spanish for 'golden', is our ode to the lager brewing traditions of Mexico. Dorada is a crisp light-bodied golden lager with just a touch of sweetness from the lemon zest it's brewed with. Put down that lime because you are not going to need it in this beer.

Very clear shimmering gold with a short white foam head.
After the Riverfront, this has a slightly different bitterness that's more herbal than the grassier helles, with a smoother, rounder body and mild froth that brings up more corny notes.

Dorada has a thick, off-white head, and a clear, bubbly, golden appearance, with minimal lacing. The aroma is of faint cereal grain with some funk. The taste is similar, with nearly no bitterness. Dorada has a medium body and a crisp finish.

Liked this one alot. Has the Mexican lager aroma but tastes good by itself without a lime.

Nice golden color with white cap and lacing.
Clean aroma of light malt with a touch of floral hops.
Taste of mild grain with more substance than the usual regular AAL or light beer. I get some light hop presence in the background. This is a simple yet clean beer that doesn't intrude beyond the point of introducing itself.
Medium texture with balancing carbonation.
Port Orleans take on the so called Mexican Style which is to say a pale lager without the rough edges of industrial grade stuff.
