Poured from a 12oz can into a traditional pint glass. Lighter in color than expected. Relatively thin head but sticky lacing. To be perfectly honest I didn't wait around to give you a scent profile, I dove straight in and took a big ol' sip. Great balance of sweet and bitter. You can honestly taste both. Smooth and easy. This one can get you in trouble if you're not an experienced La beer drinker! Too bad this one is seasonal. I'd drink this year round.

Bacchus Blonde has a thick, soapy white head, a somewhat hazy appearance, with bubbles and moderate lacing. The aroma is of sweet biscuit & yeast, and the flavor is of that, plus higher-than-expected bitterness. Mouthfeel is high-medium, and Bacchus Blonde finishes on the dry side.
