Mardi Gras traditions run deep in our wonderful city and with it comes the excitement for parades, king cake, and enjoying a few beers with those around us. To celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, The Grand Marshal rolls in with the Krewe of Brewz to be enjoyed during the Carnival Season. This partial kettle sour uses a 2-row malt and wheat base which is then blended during fermentation with a high-attenuation Norwegian yeast that creates a dry and crisp mouthfeel. The addition of Mango makes this sparkling ale that much more refreshing.
