We had to put this favorite citrus fruit in a beer for the start of winter. Using beer we juiced local Satsumas from Jesuit Bend, Louisiana to create a fruity and sweet lager. The base beer is moderately hopped with some citrusy hops to create a blanket of flavor for the satsumas to shine. This year's satsumas come in pints!
