This lightly salted sour starts with a tart lime and agave flavor followed by a layer of fresh strawberries. Grab your chair and sunglasses and kick back with a refreshing taste of the beach.

12 fl oz pull-tab can nabbed at a beer store in New Orleans, LA for $1.70 USD plus tax. I'm not optimistic going in since Port Orleans is easily the worst brewery in the city, but I figured I'd give them another chance since it's been probably a year since the first and last time I visited.
"Strawberry margarita gose." 4.5% ABV. Canned 06/25/20. "Gose brewed with lime, strawberry, and agave."
Served chilled into a stemless wine glass.
A: Murky pink-peach body. Thin airy white head sticks around ~10+ minutes.
Sm: Lime juice. Salt. Wheat. Passionfruit. Subdued strawberry.
I don't find any agave or coriander. Doesn't seem very sour...maybe a 3/10 in terms of sourness and it's all clinical lactobacillus.
T: Heavy on the passionfruit and salt, with some lime juice in there too but no coriander, overt expressive strawberry, or any agave at all. Does it taste like a strawberry margarita? No, no not at all. But it's not unpleasant and I do like its subtle lactobacillus acidity and twang.
MF: Smooth, wet, light-bodied, refreshing, well carbonated. Soft and coating.
O: A decent easy drinking gose for hot weather at this price, but largely forgettable otherwise. Cigar City's Margarita Gose sees distribution to every market this does...
