It's pineapple... and ice cream... in a beer. Do you really need to know more?! After hanging out with our friends over at Gilla Brewing, we decided that the world needed an ice cream beer. Inspired by the infamous pineapple ice cream served all over mouse world, this thicc fruited sour is overloaded with dairy-free softserve vanilla ice cream and fresh pineapple puree and then topped with marshmallow fluff (contains egg) to give it that extra pizazz.
