On tap at Port Orleans
A- pours a clear amber with a ruby hue, one finger foamy off-white head that leaves good lacing
S- lots of barrel on the nose, giving aromas if oak and vinous dark grapes. Caramel, toffee, raisin, fig close it out
T- lots of cognac up front, followed by undertones if caramel, toffee and fig. Mid palate gives a sharp citrusy hop bite. The finish gives more boozy cognac
M- medium body with moderate carbonation, foamy mouthfeel with a creamy warming finish
