3/30/2023, at the brewery in Fredericksburg, TX.
Nice golden yellow in color, slightly hazy. Thin, white foam, leaves a nice lacing on the edges of the glass.
Aromas are stone, pineapple, and melon.
Very smooth in the mouth, lemon rind and stone fruit. Lemon rind lingers. Really easy to drink! There is a certain twist to this IPA, but we just can't describe it.
