Copenhagen 3/10-2017. 50 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Orange label with some kind of ornaments and a little Coat of Arms.
Pours hazy pale yellow with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is strong and tart. Citrus, unripe berries with almost acidic notes.
Strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by more pronounced tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart - bordering on the sour. Finish is semi dry.
Nice dry and tart Saison. A little thin. Could use a little more intensity - but certainly not bad.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting, as Ebeltoft Saison French Farmhouse Ale. ABV is 6.0%. Clear pale golden colour, white head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of mild spices and herbs, both from the hops and the yeast. Pleasant dry flavour, again spicy and herbal notes.
