On tap at MERIT. IPA with Galaxy, Vic Secret, Sasquatch and Strata hops. 2,800th review.
Appearance - Hazy dark golden brew with some yellowy highlights. A finger and change of sparkling white head and moderate retention leaving a tiny cap on top.
Smell - Big punchy nose with loads of mandarin orange, passionfruit and a touch of mixed berries.
Taste - Lots of orange with a creaminess that for a second is reminiscent of orange creamsicle. More bitter in the finish with range and orange peel shining through.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied and pretty juicy mid sip with a drier than expected conclusion.
Overall - Pretty damn tasty IPA especially fresh with an exceptionally robust nose.
