On tap at MERIT. Served cold into a pint glass. Review from notes.
Appearance - Quite hazy pale golden brew with a small half finger of head. Not much retention to speak of.
Smell - Aromatic of peaches and floral notes. Almost perfumey with the intensity.
Taste - Lots of peach, low bitterness, wheat and peach throughout. Good lasting flavor but wish for a bit more depth. Still very good.
Mouthfeel - Smooth and velvety as expected from the name. Modest carbonation, medium bodied and juicy finish.
Overall - Very strong offering that tastes fantastic as fresh as it is.
