Pre-Prohibition Lager was brewed with floor malted barley, corn, wheat and North American hops ... ingredients that would have been common back then. You can argue whether it's historically accurate, but one thing is for sure: this crisp lager has a flavorful light-grain malt background balanced by pleasant, assertive hop notes. Brewed in collaboration with Heidman Law Firm in Sioux City.
