The latest addition to the Arsentich line, this brew needs a bit of work yet. Served in a dimpled handled mug, it comes out a good cloudy yellow gold, but there is very little head and no retention. Sheets of lace cover the top of the glass, but by 1/3 down the glass, there's nothing left to leave. The nose is way to mild for a wheat beer. The mouth is also too flat for this style, and medium-bodied. The taste is not wheaty at all, more like herbal, or vegetarian - I'd guess cabbage. In any event, it's a bit musty. There is just a touch of hops in the finish, but the aftertaste reprises the cabbage theme. Unfortunate. Perhaps practice will make perfect.
