The Follinetta, a small branch of the River Follina, is dedicated to the age-old textile tradition of wool and silk production that developed around this small stream.
A classic blonde beer with a moderate alcohol content and fruity notes. Enjoy it on its own or with simple, delicate dishes.

Blonde, white foam, beautiful and abundant.
In the smell lighrt maltiness, then floral notes, and some citrus fruits, and lychee.
Lightly malt start, then again white floral notes, and a decent bitterness.
In the aftertaste orange peel and bread crust.

11.2oz bottle. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled yeasty, citrusy and of sweet caramel. Sweet caramel, spicy and yeasty with a subtle bitterness.

Pours hazy, gold with one half inch head. Taste is green apples, hay, and Belgian spice. Light bodied, sweet with high carbonation. Makes for a really enjoyable and refreshing ale.
