On-tap at Capital Hop Shop, Sacramento, CA
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light flavors of biscuit malts. No hop flavors are detectable, but there are enough to contribute a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The biscuity malts lend a bit of "chalkiness" to the mouthfeel.
O: This beer is very easy to drink but isn't bland. It has just enough in the way of malts and hops.
Serving type: on-tap

Poured into a Stone flute glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with thin white head that dissipates to large patches with light lacing. Aroma of lightly biscuit lager malt and grassy hops with a hint of lemon. Flavor is light biscuit malt, dry grassy hops, orange and grapefruit. Finishes somewhat dry with orange and grapefruit rind. Media bodied with slight creaminess. A well hopped example of IPL with continental tasting noble hops. Somewhat light bodied for a lager, but clearly has its character. Crisp and well flavored for the ABV.

Bright golden color with a thick two finger head with great retention and leaving good laces.
Generic aroma with notes of malt sweetness and some lager yeast.
Flavor with notes of spicy and floral hops, some crude malt, lots of lager yeast, distant white fruits, some citrusy and resin. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Well executed IPL with a prominent hoppiness and bold Lager character.
