On tap at the brewery. A place yellow straw color with medium haze. Soapy, frothy white head that lingered. Great aroma with lemongrass, peppercorns, and dough. Taste followed. There was a pleasant light funk that accompanied the above notes. Light bodied and dry finishing. Recommended.

Pours a clear straw to light gold with a thin white head that laces in spots. Smells of mild saison soap like funk with melon, white grape must, and lime like citrus. Flavor is mostly funky farmhouse and soapiness but very light, with the fruity elements being in the background. Feel is just above light bodied, mild carbonation, and well balanced. Overall, this is a wonderful and unique thirst quencher and was surprised to see Nelson in a saison. I must say it works well, but not your typical petit saison. Cheers!
