Served from tap into a standard pint. Poured a pale yellow with a white one finger head that no cloudiness. Maintained decent lacing throughout. The aroma was of pale malt. The flavor was of wheat with a small amount of hoppy bitterness. It was light on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall it was kind of weak on flavor and aroma. I wouldn't order it again...

This was by far the best beer I sampled at Liberty. It was not a Witbier, but an American Wheat. The aroma was soft with hints of wheat. No hop aroma. The head hung around and laced the glass. It has a nice hop presence that and the bitterness is well done. The body is good and the drinkabilty is good as well. Nice beer!

"Light, tart, and refreshing" per the blackboard description. Strangely similar to their Golden Ale, this one was a hazy dull yellow in color. Just a scant white head to go with it. Again, the aromas were more of a hodge-podge of grainy smells than anything. Taste was nothing to get worked up over and certainly not on par with most other similar beers. Only a slight bready sweetness detected. Drinkability was good.
