Darker than your usual pale, nice half inch head. It tastes like it wants to be a good pale, but is a weaker "tourist" version. Nice malt backbone. Refreshing, decent.
Very uneventful. Nothing of interest to note from this beer. Was hoping for a bit more from one of the only beer destinations in this area.

Sparkling copper color with a tight layer of off-white head. Actually some lacing with one. Good, hoppy aroma and flavor. Slight but noticeable malty sweetness adds some balance. Finish was lip-smacking crisp and dry. Unfortunately, a slight grainy flavor remained on the palate, dampening my appeal for this beer. Still, not a bad offering.
