Pours a clear, dark brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hint of nut, hint of roasted malt, and a hint of yeast. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, hint of yeast, pale malt, hint of hop, slight roasted malt, slight nut, and a hint of wheat. Overall, good appearance, feel, blend, and complexity. The body was a little weak and the aroma was simple and muted.
