This particular offering by the Liberty Steak House and Brewing is not overly impressive. Having said that, the taste did improve over a short period of time.
This white ale is listed as a wheat ale spiced with orange peel and coriander seed.
Arrived a murky medium golden colour with very light carbonation.
My first impression of the taste was very disappointing, as it was very light almost bland....could be why they add the orange slice.
Taste did improve shortly thereafter but only to a 2.5.
Body was medium and the nose was absent.
