Appearance: Dark roasts creat a dark ruby almost black appearance huge tan head creamy texture leaves fine speckled lacing nice appearance. Aroma: Sharp dark roasted malts creamy edge to it very nice mild hints of chocolate and coffee. Taste: Dry dark roasts are kicking with blend of chocolate malts all with a creamy edge and dry finish very solid dry stout offering in my opinion the grainy edge of husks was still present but blended with the dark roasts added to the beer didn't take away. Mouthfeel: Nitro tap makes a fluffy creamy texture sort of airy and light but nice overall. Drinkability: By far the St Patty's day go to at the Liberty Steakhouse, a good dry Irish stout from any angle I enjoyed a few of these.
