Sampled at Beer Under Glass, review from notes.
Murky orange, frothy around the edges with spotty lacing.
Aroma strikes a perfect balance between the fleshy ripe peaches and wild cheese rind funk, mixed with vanilla oak traces.
Taste is tart peach, juicy and succulent, with added depth of the complex wild yeast and distinctive dry oak character. Subtle vanilla and nice oak tannins blend seamlessly with the rustic cheese rind funk.
Medium bodied with light carbonation, one to savor and enjoy. This was the highlight of the event for me and a few others.
