Deep orange and thick, pours like fruit juice. Smells like sour vanilla. Tastes strongly tart apricot with vanilla traces. If you like a tart fruit beer sweet more than sour, this is it, nice for dessert.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on June 18, 2018. Apricot milkshake IPA. Very fruit forward with a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Recommended if you like the style.

Released 5/25/18; drank 6/7/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
Apricot & faint wheat notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Apricot & mild cane sugar flavors. Simple, but man is this apricot forward.
If you love fruit beer, get excited about this one.

It has a creamy and chewy aftertaste that lingers like a Minnesota goodbye. I love it.
It gets better as it comes to room temperature.

Dec. 2018, batch #2: 3.5
Harsh and astringent, borderline sour with a medicinal bitterness. Apricot flavor is there, but the balance isn't, and the results are pretty jarring. Skip it this time around...
May 2018, batch #1: 4.3
Lives up to it’s name, intense apricot flavor and aroma, creamy and medium bodied. Opaque orange with a thin layer of foam and spotty lace. Clean without any artificial lactose character. Really nice stuff. Thanks Thomas for sharing!
