From bottle into teku.
Pitch black appearance with minimal to no foam upon aggressive pour. I did not particularly enjoy this beer. Taste was bitter chocolate and some 'ashy' kind of taste towards the end, like a cigar. I got minimal hazelnut as well, and I love hazelnut. Seemed imbalanced in flavors. I sipped on this from fridge to room temperature and it slightly improved at room temp. Sticky mouthfeel towards room temp but was still thinner than I expected.
Overall, I know this has a lot of positive reviews but I did not find this beer enjoyable and will not reach for it again.
