Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on August 4, 2019. Double IPA brewed with Roussanne grapes and hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops. Nice.

Light and airy while maintaining a hazy complexion. The lightness comes from the hops, especially the nelson sauvin with the galaxy supporting in the second phase of the hazy taste, and from the grape and floral notes in the taste. This all melds beautifully with the fruit haze, and I mean more than just citrus, think pear, grape, apple, orange, passion fruit, grapefruit, etc. Overall a graceful take on the hazy ipa that is beautiful on the palate, but light on the smell.

Opaque saturated orange, a finger of foam, spotty arcs of lacing.
Pungent botanical hop funk in the aroma, floral and fruity, white grape.
Taste is similar, interesting white grape and botanicals, NZ hops.
Noticeable booze but not distracting. Medium bodied, supple feel.
Light sweetness balanced by a light bitterness in the finish.
Overall this was unique, worth a try.
