Can courtesy of Vince - thanks!
7.7% ABV.
Soft. Creamy. Not bitter. Hides its ABV rather well. Hop profile is nice but not dazzling.

Had on tap. Classic yellow hazy pour with a full white head, very mild lacing though. Big ripe mango, nectarine, pineapple, and lime lead the fruity nose, dry hops with hints of orange and a whisper of berries. Taste is much the same, even more tropical than citrus leaning though, a hint of coconut maybe by association, is there over berries, cascading hop bitters on the end are soft and dry. Ripe, soft, creamy, and hazy with pillowy dry hops, could have a touch more bitter textures but this is so smooth. Paired great with bbq

I had this on draft 3/13/23 @ Corridor's brewpub.
Opaque orange/yellow appearance.
Nice off-white head; strong, frothy lace.
Peach, cream & orange citrus notes in the nose. Smelled pretty good!
Creamy, medium mouthfeel.
Peach, orange peel & dry grass flavors, with a sharp, tangy "hop burn" bite.
This was good...until it wasn't.

A pretty good Midwestern take on NEIPA. Hazy weak gold color, mild head and lacing. Smell is straight up mango, some pineapple, and I can see how people get coconut, as it’s got a little sweetness. Taste follows the same lines, a little tang on the forefront backed up by some mild bitterness. Slightly mouth watering, well rounded, good balance. Saint Errant and Corridor are two underrated lesser known Chicago area breweries, and if they worked together again, I’d gladly try whatever they came up with.

The beers pours a nice light hazy yellow orange color with a tropical aroma that smells great. It was not a thick or heavy hazy. The flavor is on par with the smell but a tad bit bitter. Decent beer

Received in a recent trade box
A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: A good mix of tropical fruit and citrus up front. Mango, pineapple, and coconut stick out
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the tropical fruit and a moderate bitterness. Citrus kicks in with some pithy notes. Finishes with lingering citrus
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. On the smoother side
O: A solid NE IPA that hits nicely with the citra, mosaic, and sabro. The motueka is more of an afterthought, but that’s not a huge deal. Very easy to drink. Slight hop burn, but otherwise very nicely done
Thanks Matt

16oz can pour into heavily frosted taproom glass.
Hazy Mango hue with soft pearly white head. Hints of sweet Citra on nose.
Most remarkable and delicious mix of white grapefruit and pineapple tantalizing the palate. Hops light on backside.
Finishes clean and crisp touch of fruit sugar on lips. I love this Chicago brewery!

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on March 17, 2019. A collaboration with Corridor Brewery & Provisions. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Motueka and Sabro hops. Hazy, juicy and thick.
