Our brand new double dry hopped Triple IPA. We brewed up this stunner on a heap of flaked and malted oats, then crushed it with a ton of Nelson, Citra, and our amazing crop of Motueka. Ripe citrus, white wine, and notes of passion fruit all tied up in a huge milky haze.

I had this on draft 9/19/22 @ the Hopleaf.
Opaque orange appearance.
Minimal white head; frothy, tree-rung lace.
Orange citrus, fresh ganja, white grape & strawberry notes in the nose. Smells pretty amazing!
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
White grape & mild strawberry flavors up front; VERY dry ganja notes on the finish.
This smelled better than it tasted, but was overall quite enjoyable.

This shows a lot of malt sweetness (especially relative to some Monkish TIPAs), and doesn't have much late hop bitter (again, especially relative to Monkish) for balance. Instead, hop voices seem to roll w/ the sweet, showing big soft OJ (think Bissell Brothers Swish).

Aggressively hopped and intense. Bright, zesty citrus and juicy tropical notes with a touch of vanilla on the aroma. Juicy, but still has a nice dryness and bitterness on the finish for the taste. White grape skin and juice, earthiness, hop spice, slight orange creamsicle, ripe tangerine, orange candy, lemon zest, lime sherbet, mango skin, sweet floral, yellow grapefruit, fresh cut grass, and pine resin. Smooth for the 8.7%, but there is a slight hop burn as it warms. Super soft and creamy feel. Damn. One of the better hazies I’ve had out of the Chicagoland area in recent memory.

Lovely triple! Thick and creamy without the use of lactose. Hops are present in the right amount and blend seamlessly. An overall wonderful experience.
