The second addition to our cobbler inspired fruit beers, this time with Blackberry. Bright and tart berry, warming cinnamon. rich vanilla. Brings you back to the easy days of Mom's fresh baked summer pies cooling on the patio.

Served from the can in a Lagnitas mason jar.
I've never grunted in a flavors, as far as I know. Regardless, this stuff pours a dark garnet-cherry topped by a finger or so of pink foam. The nose comprises blackberry, light vanilla bean, a touch of cheesecake crust, and a pinch of cinnamon. The taste brings in more of the same, the blackberries mostly drowning everything else out until the very end of the proceedings. The body is a stolid medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a mostly full feel. Overall, a solid "blackberry cobbler" Berliner, though the cobbler aspect doesn't factor in too too much.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on May 17, 2021. A cobbler inspired fruit beer. Brewed with blackberries, cinnamon and vanilla. Nice balance of sweet and tart.
