Triple IPA dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops
Takers and Leavers has gone Triple in our favorite Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hazy. We amped up the grain bill to make this guy just shy of 10% ABV and used a heavy hand on the hop side with Citra Incognito in the whirlpool and Cryo in the dry hop. Straight up juice, minimal bitterness. Be careful with this guy.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Had 6/20/21.
Pours a darker golden color, cloudy, with a one and a half inch foamy head with great retention and a good amount of foamy lacing. Active carbonation. Aromas of pineapple, orange, grapefruit, mango, light malt. Pretty much the same flavors- mango, orange, pineapple, malt, some grapefruit. Has a bit of a sweet note and tastes a little floral. Has a little hop bitterness as it warms. Smooth, a little creamy, a very good light to medium body, well carbonated.
Fruity and juicy. Like the big malt backbone, too. Solid from top to bottom. Very enjoyable.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
We've all been one at some point or another, right? Anyway, this stuff pours a partly cloudy auburn-brass topped by a finger of cream foam. The nose comprises pineapple, grapefruit, candied orange peel, pine resin, honey, and a touch of dragonfruit. The taste brings in more of the same, the citrusy notes really shining here against the backdrop of honey and mild biscuit. The body is a solid medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a thickly fluid feel. Overall, a very nice TIPA, loaded with bright flavors. Pretty dern satisfying.

This one was kind of deceptive and I don't think in a good way. the look was that of a West Coast IPA but the taste had a definite creaminess to it that totally threw off the taste. Not sure what to make of this one.

They took Takers & Leavers, up the grain bill to boost the ABV. Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops, with Citra in the whirlpool and Cryo in the dry hop. Golden hazy, with a sweet fruity and floral nose. The taste is smooth creamy, tropical juicy fruit, also floral. Sweet hoppy, but not at all boozy. Some resin, and minimal bitterness.
