This one pours a hazy golden orange color, with a small fluffy head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like pink grapefruit, orange, mango, lemon, and a touch of grassiness.

This is very solid, and pretty much exactly what you want from this style. It's super juicy, with a small amount of supporting bitterness.

This is soft, pillowy, and quite drinkable.

This is pretty much exactly what you want when you order a NE-style IPA. This is quite well done.

I used to think Saint Errant was possibly the best IPA producer in the Chicagoland area, but their adjustment to a new facility to brew their beer (they are a gypsy brewery) set them back. If this is any indication, they have the new system dialed in and are back to producing amazing stuff.

Pours a very hazy rich, glowing golden orange color. The two-finger off-white head is dense and dissipates slowly. Welch’s white grape juice, white grape skin, ripe passionfruit, valencia orange, orange pith, bright floral, ruby red grapefruit flesh and pith, underripe pineapple, guava, lemon zest, pine resin, herbaceous dankness, salinity and minerality from the water treatment. Never gets too sweet and finishes quite dry and slightly bitter. Pillowy soft, creamy, silky. Wow!

No canning date that I can see, but released on 9/2/21
Consumed 9/9/21

One of the best breweries located close to me that I haven't picked up enough beers from. I was looking for some hazies and the hop combination looked appealing when coming upon it at Beer Temple in Chicago. The look and smell are top notch right away. It's a perfect juicy Instagramable beer. The smell has some nice hop presence and it follows on the pallet. I don't get too much sweetness or bitterness, but a delightful balance. The mouthfeel if full and soft. The alcohol is super well hidden. It's not amazingly unique in any way, but a top notch hazy IPA nevertheless. I'll definitely be looking for more of their beers in the future. Worth picking up this particular on again!
