Day 5 of Iron and Glass’ 12 Beers of Christmas. Is it a good version of the style? Maybe not. Is it a good beer? Absolutely. Cloudy, dark, light fluffy lacing. Smell is dank and hoppy. Taste is juicy, citrusy, and just the right amount of bitterness. Mouth watering finish, medium bodied, pleasant booze presence. I like it, as it’s a subtle, slightly bitter version of an NEIPA.
