Poured from an undated 16 oz. can: slightly hazy, deep golden hue with a sustained and foamy white head that reached about three inches before slowly dissipating.
Spicy aroma of British hops.
The ale begins with a nice fruity entry with the unmistakable flavor of British Kent Goldings hops. There is a slight funk in the flavor that I would not expect for the style with hints of banana. Overall, a nice effort by a Florida brewery.

L: Orangish color with a large off white head, good lacing
S: Caramelly malts and earthy hops
T: Biscuity malt flavor, honey, I get something else almost like fresh melon.
F: Light to medium
O: A fine pale ale. With a ABV of 4.5%, I could drink this all day.

Pours a clear deep gold/pale amber producing 2 fingers of frothy, white, short-lived head that leaves a few wisps of lace. Aroma is pale and cracker/biscuit malt with notes of caramel, floral & a fruity apple hint in the background. Taste is bread, dough, biscuit malt with hints of toast, apple sauce, spice, pepper, lemon & grass. Dry throughout the sip the flavors fade to a toasted, thin caramel, pepper and lightly hop bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, moderately carbonated, crisp, prickly and dry.
