The first thing you’ll notice about this Belgian-influenced collaboration with our friends at Le District is its stunning pink color. Our Rosé Saison has noticeable sweetness and balanced warm spice notes. But back to that color—it comes from an addition of hibiscus, which also provides subtle flavors of sweet tea. Rosé is no longer just for summer... or wine for that matter.

A: The beer is clear pinkish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly faded away, leaving only a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of hibiscus flowers are present in the nose along with hints of Belgian yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell, but is a bit stronger with flavors fo hibiscus and stronger notes of Belgian yeast towards the finish. No dryness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that this beer had a good balance of hibiscus flowers because it wasn't overpowering and it still tasted like a saison.
