This Mexican-Style Lager was brewed with the sweltering dog days of summer in mind. A simple malt bill supported by flaked corn and honey malt builds a super crisp and refreshing base. Lagered for an extended period and balanced with a light touch of hop bitterness, this beer is perfect with or without lime — you can’t go wrong.

A: The beer is crystal clear golden yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a circular patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of corn adjuncts are present in the nose.
T: This taste has light to moderate flavors of corn and honey and there is a light amount of bitterness from the hops.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This Mexican Lager is very easy to drink and has a nice clean mouthfeel. I liked how there were just enough in the way of hops to mask any sweetness from the malts and contribute a light amount of bitterness.
