Brewed with a unique blend of hops, this generously dry-hopped Pale Ale boasts tropical, citrusy aromas, with a hint of strawberry and melon. Hop lovers will delight at the flavor and aroma of a vibrant IPA, but at an ABV less than 5%. The viscosity of the oats and hop oils give way to a surprisingly crisp and balanced finish.

On tap. AAA. (An Average APA.)
Although Namazu Looks clear and with a nice foam and generally inviting, Smells faded to mostly malt with fruity tones. Tastes were largely the same, but the bitterness came through more than I can appreciated. Namazu was OK at cleansing the palate and not sticking to it. Overall, neutral.
But I did go on Seismic's website and they seem to be effective in only their third year. Happy to be in Sonoma's culinary culture. Thoughtful about sustainability. Good luck to them.

a little old tasting to me, but a cool beer nevertheless, i wish more brewers would use and declare oats as a base malt, its hot right now, just own it, ya know? there is a staleness to this, ordered it off the menu and not sure the format it came from, but it looked swell, heady and clear and attractive in a globe. the oats do surprisingly little to this for me, not much body or starch, not a ton of character overall on the grain side, hoppy sure, but uninteresting for the most part, so while its a cool beer, im not sure its presenting its best in this instance, which is always a bummer as a first impression. i played this crazy three dimensional virtual reality game once at the denver museum of nature and science and it tripped me out, five minutes seemed like a lifetime and whatnot, this sort of does that to me too, like its timeless, but samey and fatiguing at the same time, like it has the potential to be more, and you wish this was free because you would stay a bit longer. for free its killer, for market price its so so, and for what they ask for it in truckee, who knows...
