Hazey copper to pumpkin orange with a tall, densely uniform pretty white head that slowly settles to a soft fuzzy film with a thick, curled collar.

Smell is really fruit forward, coming across like strawberry actually.

Taste too delivers unexpected tart strawberry with seedy wild raspberry that's actually smooth and slightly jammy.

Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served in a tulip glass, this beer draws a somewhat cloudy/hazy, medium copper color with a white head that’s about half an inch thick that settles fairly quickly to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass. Not lacing at all, I’m fact barely any unfortunately. Aromas of some bready malts and raspberry tart along with some barnyard funky sour notes. The taste is pretty much the same, with some bready malts that gives way to some raspberry tart sweetness along with the aforementioned barnyard funk sour notes. Just a hint of salt and vinegar too, and it works very nicely here. No discernible hop flavors here, and that’s no surprise of course for this style. Has a fairly crisp, somewhat prickly, somewhat smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish with a slightly dry and sour aftertaste, as those flavors really like to linger on my palate. An excellent take on this style.
