A historical and once extinct Polish style of beer brewed exclusively with oak-smoked wheat malt. Known as the "Champagne of Poland", "pivo grow-JEES-kee-uh has a soft and round smoke character, herbal hop aroma, and extremely lively carbonation. A grain bill composed entirely of wheat creates an incredibly dense and billowy head of foam.

Pale white gold, nearing hues of very pale green, under a moderately short but spongy dense white head.
Quite overpowering, like smoked alderwood, the malt's expression is almost peaty, despite being delivered by an otherwise light and super pillowy body that might express a touch of corn.

Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served in a pokal style glass this beer draws a mostly clear, slightly hazy/cloudy, light golden color with a white head that’s about 2/3 of an inch thick when first drawn and served. Settles eventually to a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass along with some nice lacing. Aromas of some smoked malts and wheat and some herbal hops. A very similar flavor profile here, with some smoked, bready malts and wheat along with some herbal, slightly zesty hops that add just the right amount of bitterness. A very nicely balanced flavor profile. Has a crisp, smooth, slightly frothy, light bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish.
