Poured from 440mL can into a tall kitchen glass. Best by -- or should I say better before? -- 11/20/22.
Appearance: pours a very turbid creamy pale golden color with a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: rich, fruity, juicy; there's pineapple in there, a little bit of piney citrus, maybe some earthy papaya. What I'm saying is, it's complex and wonderful.
Taste: piney and just a bit dank; there's plenty of sweetness in the malt here to make it quite juicy. Bitterness is moderate, perhaps even low for the sweetness, and although I really really like it there's a hint of maybe something inappropriately sour in the works. Still an excellent beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a nice smooth creaminess.
Overall: yet another excellent beer by Brew Your Mind. These guys are killing it.
