I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at the brewery in Szekszárd.
Appearance: hazy golden hue with a finger of frothy ivory foam which leaves a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: a light malty aroma with some rindy citrusy hops. Good!
Taste: a little sweet, with a good orange/citrus flavor and a moderate bitterness. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a nice smooth creaminess.
Overall: of course, you can’t separate the experience of a beer from its context, and on this patio on this beautiful day, this is a damn fine quaff.
