I had this beer on-tap in a teku at the brewery in Szekszárd. They call this a Triple IPA.

Appearance: deep golden hue with lots of haze and a finger of creamy ivory foam atop, which leaves a nice lace. This beer appears to mean business.

Smell: sweet, tropical, dense, even a little dank. Like fruity hoppy bread, but in a good way. Excellent.

Taste: sweet, dank, tropical, rich; there’s plenty of bitterness here, yet it remains balanced. Really good.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess. Not as thicc as I might expect an 11% TIPA to be, but still good.

Overall: this is a heavy duty beer to be sipping in the sun, but I’ll take it. Delicious.
