Poured from 440mL can into a tall kitchen glass. Best by 9/30/23.
Appearance: medium pinkish-golden hue with tons of haze and a thick head of creamy pink foam. Looks like foamy fruit juice!
Smell: strawberry? Check. Lime? Check. Sour? Check. It's a bit sweet and candylike and juicy, although there's a bit of an earthy element to it which I like as well.
Taste: wow, lots of tart lime in the flavor. The strawberry is there too, and plays rather nicely with the lime. This is a pretty tasty treat, with enough sweetness that this is definitely a candy dessert beer and not a session type deal.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer is actually quite good, and even growing on me. But, you have to go into it expecting lime-strawberry candy -- if that sounds good to you, you'll love it.
