I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at Constellation in Budapest.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: grapefruit peel, with earthy notes. Classic WCIPA aroma, very well executed.
Taste: moderately sweet with a good combination of earthy and piney hops, with notes of that grapefruit rind. One of the best-executed WCIPAs I've had — tasty even though I'm not a huge fan of the style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: you simply can't go wrong with Brew Your Mind. They've got the Midas touch.
