I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at Constellation in Budapest.
Appearance: light yellow hue with tons of haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with rich, citrusy hops, also showing some notes of honey.
Taste: citrus peel, sweet malt, maybe a touch of honey. There’s more bitterness than normally in the style. Still a very good beer, but maybe not as good as other BYM DIPAs tend to be.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: another solid hazy from BYM, if perhaps not quite up to their typical standards.
