I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at Constellation in Budapest.
Appearance: medium golden yellow hue with plenty of haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with big herbal and grapefruit peel aromas. Very good.
Taste: the aroma was maybe a tad harsher than I like, but all is forgiven with the flavor. Sweet, herbal, candied grapefruit and orange rinds. Outstanding.
Mouthfeel: medium rich body with a good body and a good carbonation.
Overall: yet another solid hazy DIPA from BYM.
